Sims 4! Hi. I think there's some kind of bug in my game because my sim never dies out of old age. I've checked my settings and they all say my ageing is on. His age bar is blinking and has been doing so for several days now (both sim days and human days haha) and before it hit full I was 'warned' about him soon dying.
There is no one dying on my lot. My dog is being taken away, although the adoption staff keeps bugging so the procedure hasn't even started (even after I tried both debugging her and my dog, she won't move, only walk in her place). When any of my sims die, the grim reaper doesn't show up (or is already in the lot) and nothing happens. So my sim (that is dying) doesn't die and the day goes on, its really frustrating because I have to start my from my last safe.
I can't start fires. for some reason the botches space mission doesn't work. They just never seem to get electrocuted. I tried starving them, but it just takes half an age, it actually hasn't worked yet. They never manage to get taken by the cow twice, i don't know why they won't just die!
He has surpassed his "dying-time" with a few days now, which has never happened to me before, and i honestly doesn't know what to do. I can't find a cheat that will let me kill him with a command. I don't use mods or CC.

Sim won't die! [ISSUE SOLVED] Alright, so my sim's aspiration is to be a criminal, and she needs to witness a sim's death to complete it. Then, I let a sim join the household and caged her in and let her starve. Just when she was about to starve, she ate some random piece of bread and then her hunger bar was back to green!

She is a tutorial sim. I have never played the tutorial, but I've understood that Alex is your room mate in the tutorial.
